Registration is no longer needed to receive your COVID-19 vaccination. You may walk in on any of the vaccination dates and receive your dose that day!

Our vaccination clinics are held at Affirmations LGBTQ+ Community Center, 290 W. 9 Mile, Ferndale, MI 48220. Vaccinations are administered by certified medical professionals from our health service partners such as, Oakland County Health Division.
