Affirmations has a network not only in the Metro Detroit area but throughout the state of Michigan and beyond. From the 45,000 people in our center every year to the 6,000 monthly visitors to our website to the over 20,000 followers on social media, your sponsorship dollars will be visible to these Affirmations supporters and clients. While your company supports our mission, we want to help you create the brand awareness you want and deserve through our channels. We aim to have sponsorship levels for every size of business.

Love Wins! Wine Party
April 1, 2023
Our annual wine party is celebrating the progress made by our community and the Hate Won’t Win Coalition in 2022. We are honoring the historic number of LGBTQ+ representatives in the Michigan House, many of whom will be in attendance. This party, held at Affirmations, typically draws around 300+ people. It is open to all adults with an entry fee of two bottles of wine or sparkling juice. Music, hors d’oeuvres, and drinks will frame a night of engaging conversation, celebration, and further advocacy of our programming and your business.
Prom REDEUX
June 24, 2023
Pride month is the perfect opportunity to redo a coming-of-age staple – PROM!
Affirmations is reclaiming this rite of passage, so bring that dream date; drink from the spiked punch; get prom pictures; and dance the night away (with an actual good DJ). This will be a ticketed event with an estimated 350 people at the center.
Big Bash

The BIG BASH is back in Detroit. Our flagship ticketed gala includes dinner, drinks, a brief program, and dancing while raising awareness and funds for our mission and key programs. We honor longtime supporters (both individuals and businesses) and highlight the work still to come. With an audience of 300+ people, we guarantee that your business will receive personal recognition throughout the night.
