Ashton Niedzwiecki

he/him/his

In my therapy practice, I am committed to providing feminist, strengths-based, neurodiverse-affirming, and trauma-informed care that centers the client’s unique experiences and goals. I utilize a collaborative approach, with extensive experience supporting the LGBTQ+ community, particularly around gender identity and expression. I also have experience in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, neurodivergence, and addiction recovery using a harm-reduction model. While abstinence can be an important path for some, I believe recovery is not one-size-fits-all and work to empower clients to regain control of their lives in ways that feel sustainable and authentic.

I am a trans non-binary Arab American counselor. Through support, respect, and acceptance, we can cultivate wellness and wholeness of the mind, body, and spirit and the creative expression of self.

Eric Vest

they/them/theirs, he/him/his

I am a queer and pagan therapist who specializes in working with queer, pagan, kinky, and ENM/poly clients. I use an eclectic range of interventions to meet the needs of the client I am working with. I hope to create a partnership as we explore what is bringing you into therapy and blocking you from achieving your most authentic self. My focus has been on gender, sexuality, sex, and relationships because…well, how could it not? They are everywhere: in our music, our textbooks, in advertisements, our daydreams, our politics. They are sources of joy and anguish, grief and celebration, trauma and growth. I believe you can not try and help people reach their goals without considering the context of the world we live in. Inevitably my work has expanded into considerations of justice and equity

Experience

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They may be surviving day-to-day while carrying the weight of past experiences, difficult relationships, or questions about identity and belonging. My goal is to help clients move beyond survival mode and toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and connected.

I have experience working in both community mental health and LGBTQ+ affirming settings, supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, sexuality, coming out, gender exploration, and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in men’s mental health and helping individuals challenge limiting beliefs about vulnerability, relationships, and self-worth.
