When: Fridays at 4 pm-7 pm

The Affirmations Teen Drop-In Center is a welcoming space for LGBTQIA2S+ youth to relax, connect, and have fun at their own pace.

Whether you’re in the mood to play games, make art, watch something, or just hang out, the space is stocked with board games, books, arts and crafts, video games, streaming access, and a sensory station. Snacks and drinks are always available, along with a free, gender-affirming clothing rack for anyone who wants it.

The Drop-In Center is led and guided by Affirmations’ Youth Advisory Council, a yearlong cohort of young leaders shaping programming across the organization.

Come as you are, and be part of a community that’s built around you.

Weekly Themes

1st Fridays Buzz In! Trivia Games: Team up and see what you know with fun, fast-paced trivia.
2nd Fridays Act It Out: Jump into improv and acting games that get you laughing and creating together. No experience necessary!
3rd Fridays Game Night: Play, hang out, and connect over video games, board games, and group favorites.
4th Fridays Craft Club: Create something new or dive into your own project with plenty of craft supplies.

Activities begin at 5pm each week.
